Product Safety:  Our manufacturers carefully inspect each product before leaving the shipment to be sure quality and safety measures are met.  Materials are strong and damage free.  Construction is secure to last.  All finishes and edges are safe, clean, and smooth. Products are produced to meet lead free and cadmium free safety standards.  All of products meet Prop 65 requirements.  Please contact sales@chilled-designs if you have any other safety questions and concerns. 

Product Care:  While our products are made of high quality, safe, and strong materials, any product can show some wear and tear after use.  In order to keep your Chilled Designs products shiny and new to outlast all of your occasions, we recommend the following care instructions:
  • dry after every use
  • hand wash only
  • do not store in extreme temperatures
  • do not leave outdoors for long periods of time
