30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all merchandise that has not been personalized.  No questions asked. Just email sales@chilled-designs.com and we will send you a label to return the product.  Please send the product back in original condition, and a refund or replacement will be sent within 3 business days of receipt.

IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, WE'LL TAKE CARE OR YOU.  This applies whether your product is personalized or not. Just email us an image to sales@chilled-designs.com.  We will handle the dispute with the shipping company.  All you have to do is let us know if you want a replacement or refund.  

OUR 4-STEP QUALITY CONTROL process is followed to ensure every order is perfect. In the rare chance that you find any evidence of an error in matching your requested personalization just email us an image at sales@chilled-designs.com.  We will quickly replace the product or issue a refund.
